Michael Leak - Director & Principal Mining Engineer

Michael is a mining engineer with 23 years mining industry experience. At MDL Resources, Michael undertakes strategic direction assignments assisting clients improve business planning and processes, make decisions on projects (existing and potential acquisitions / divestments) and other strategic technical assessments (incl. Independent Experts and Competent Persons reports, Ore Reserve generation and reporting, mining studies, due diligence, audits, technical reviews and operational improvement projects).

Prior to this, Michael worked for AngloGold Ashanti as Senior Manager, Mine Planning. Michael was responsible for managing a team of mining professionals ensuring optimal performance of company assets in Africa. Michael has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining Engineering) from the Western Australian School of Mines and a Western Australian First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency.

Muji Sanjaadorj - Senior Mining Engineer

Muji s a mining engineer with 6 years predominantly underground mining engineering experience. Prior to joining MDL Resources, Muji worked for a multinational mining company where he gained practical experience underground and then production engineering experience. Muji then worked for Aeris Resources as Senior Mining Engineer overseeing mine planning and mine production engineering activities at the Bentley Zinc / Copper underground mine.

At MDL Resources, Muji assists clients with underground mine design, mine planning and scheduling. Muji also assists with Independent Experts and Competent Persons reports, Ore Reserve generation and reporting, mining studies, due diligence, audits, technical reviews and operational improvement projects.
